Civetta Properties is a collection of people whose work lives are dedicated to the providing of housing. Some of us are property managers, some are homebuilders, some maintain our properties, and some build them. We hail from all parts of the country, but most of us have pretty deep roots in Seattle.. Our operations began in 1981 and have continued on since then. We built the apartments we operate. The houses we purchased over time and continue to refurbish and improve as time and resources allow.
