Here are some of the most asked questions about our properties. If you have further inquiries, please email or call us.

1. How do I schedule a time to view an apartment or house?

Contact the on-site managers listed on the managers contact page or the office to discuss your needs, the property, and to schedule a showing.


2. What is required of an applicant?

We require that each applicant meet the three following criteria:
 · Recent verifiable rental history of at least six months or proof of home ownership
 · Recent verifiable employment history of at least six months


3. I am interested in your properties but cannot sign a 12 month lease. Do you offer any short term options?

We cannot permit leases for any period of time shorter than 12 months.


4. Do any of your properties allow pets?

Most of our properties do not allow pets. We cannot accept any dogs, however in some instances we can accept one cat on a case-by-case basis.


5. Do the apartments have washers and dryers in the units? On-site?

Please refer to the individual building desciptions.


6. What does the rent include and what additional charges will I need to pay?

Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent at the Claiborne I, Phinney, Civetta, Oswego Place, Discovery, and Daniels Apartments. Tenants are responsible for water and sewer (billed through us) at the Claiborne II Apartments. Electrical utilities are paid by the Tenants. Tenants are responsible for all utilities at the rental houses.


7. Do you allow smoking at your properties?

No, absolutely no smoking is allowed at any of our properties including the grounds.


8. I am looking for an apartment a few months out and would like to move in to one of yours. Can you hold it for me?

Yes, we can hold units for up to a month. If you apply and are approved, you will sign the rental agreement and put your deposit down thereby securing the unit. If you are looking farther out, you can apply then check back.
