Our single-family houses in North Seattle were built with the goal of making its future residents feel comfortable and at home. Our company is eager to assist tenants with their needs.

All of the buildings create feeling of one?s own home with private maintained yards. The kitchens with numerous cabinets create excellent atmosphere for cooking anything from snacks to fancy dinners for you or your company, and help to keep everything organized. Selected houses feature recreation rooms, full basements, fireplaces, solariums, view of the Olympic Mountains, or garage.

All of our units feature stoves, refrigerators, and washer and dryer hookups. Residents of our houses have the off street parking by their homes. Our prices run low compared to other rental rates in this area. Our houses are designed to provide a comfortable and private home while granting highly functional design

The neighborhoods of our single-family houses also deserve mention since they were carefully selected to offer a wide range of activities to the tenants. The houses are located in the Greenlake or Greenwood neighborhoods. The Greenlake neighborhood is famous for its charming park, and extensive walking and biking trails, tennis and basketball courts, gym with swimming pool, water-cycle rentals, baseball field, and huge beautifully kept lawn that sport enthusiasts transform into numerous soccer and volleyball fields many times a day.

The Greenlake neighborhood also offers many sports and art related classes including numerous youth programs. Greenlake neighborhood is also a home to the Woodland Park Zoo with a beautiful selection of animals and even a pavilion of butterflies.

The Greenwood neighborhood is famous for it heart, which is often called the "Hidden Treasure of Seattle." This old part of Greenwood is home to historical buildings and an atmosphere that invites you to walk around, look at the brick structures, check out the diversity of shops offering almost anything you can think of, peek into art galleries, or have a nice dinner in one of the many restaurants.

If you feel like you are up for some active exercise or you just want to enjoy nature, you can walk to the nearby Carkeek Park. It is an excellent place to jog, watch the scenery, or find out how cold the water in Puget Sound really is ?. Kids love the unique playground on Carkeek and the beach that just invites them to build sandcastles.

The single-family houses also offer excellent commute to downtown Seattle. You can either drive your car and be in downtown within few minutes via I-5 or Roosevelt Avenue, or you can enjoy the excellent bus in the neighborhood.

When you decide you would like to get some of that big-mall shopping feeling, you can go to the nearby newly remodeled Northgate Mall. When you decide to watch a movie, you can either go to nearby Oak Tree Cinemas or rent a title offered in one of the numerous video and DVD stores in the neighborhood. Other great parks within few minutes of driving are Golden Gardens Park with the Shilshole Marina just south of it. This park is an excellent place to jog, watch the breathtaking views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains from the long sandy beach
